In the words of the song, "What's going on?"
Laser World of Photonics 2025, 24th to 27th June, Munich, Germany
The Laser World of Photonics event, held biennielly in Munich, returns to it's usual slot this year and Leysop will be there as ever. We look forward to the opportunity to meet with you and discuss your applications or even just to catch up so swing by our stand in Hall B2, Booth 133/2.
Below the bar you will see a few hints of the new developments on which we have been working over the last couple of years. We are continually striving to make improvements to our existing products and to develop new offerings which will help to make your system better.
Joining our older M250 and M5000 amplifiers, we have added three new models: M500, M1000 and M2500 in ascending order of maximum voltage swing with a model M6000 soon to join.
For higher operating frequencies and for higher average optical power levels we have developed water-coolable BBO Pockels cells in single and double crystal configurations from 3 to 10mm aperture..
We have developed special designs which reduce internal surface reflections to negligible levels and allow even up to close to 100% transmission and can apply these techniques to longitudinal field KD*P as well as transverse field crystal Pockels cells.
EM550M - Our Largest KD*P Pockels Cell
We have recently produced our new EM550M model which as you have probably guessed from the model number is a 50mm aperture KD*P Pockels cell. This particular version for 1053nm has 98.5% transmission. We can of course offer this at other wavelengths such as the 750-950nm region for Ti-Sapphire or of course 1030/1064nm, all with similarly high transmission, or indeed we can offer this as one of our ultra-high transmission HHT style models with almost 100% transmission.
This will soon be joined by a new 35mm aperture version, watch this space!
